According to different shapes, rails can be divided into "I-shaped", "eight-shaped", "trough-shaped", etc. Among them, the "I-shaped" is the most common one, with strong load-bearing capacity and easy installation; the "eight-shaped" is suitable for curves and has good steering performance; the "trough type" is suitable for urban subways, etc. Where noise and vibration need to be reduced.

APPLICATION

The rail steels were gradually standardized and standardized to form 780MPa grade U74 and 880MPa grade U71Mn. Later, 980MPa grade U76NbRE and U75V, 1180MPa grade U77MnCrH, and 1280MPa were successively developed.
